We offer free express shipping on all orders over $100. Express delivery times can take 1 - 4 business days unless located in regional areas which can take 2 - 7 business days.

60 Day Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In case you change your mind, we'll usually offer an exchange (in store), store credit or refund.

Returns are easy with Nude Lucy via our Return Hub.

Some exclusions apply such as drinks bottles, cosmetics, and underwear. We recommend you read our full Change of Mind Returns Policy for details.

Click & Collect

We offer free Click & Collect at most of our Nude Lucy stores.

Click & Collect orders are typically ready within 24 hours.
